Background

Experience
I studied Typography at the University of Reading where an appreciation for design history, the importance of a big idea and an eye for detail were strongly embedded.

My love for typography and design has led me to create and direct hundreds of brands, websites and communications strategies for some of the biggest businesses in the world.

Typically I write briefs, presentations, guidelines and proposals or create identity systems, decks and websites.

I’ve built an incredible network of talented creatives and business leaders who provide complementary skills to get the best possible results for my clients.

Huge Figma and Miro fan and I’ll never complain about working in PowerPoint.

Career
Most recently I held a full-time ECD position at Comprend, where I still act as an external advisor. Previously, I was Creative Director at Superunion*, a global WPP brand agency, where I led our digital and video production teams.

Previous agencies include Addison Group and The Group where I managed broad-skilled creative teams who I represented at board level.

My experience –alongside many talented colleagues and clients – has allowed me to develop from a hands-on designer to a manager, mentor and creative consultant.

Nowadays, I’m an independent, London-based company director.
